“So what are YOU thinking about these days?” is a question that doesn't necessarily lead to straight-forward answers in today's wildly evolving world.

Sometimes, what's fascinating are intricacies regarding some shocking conundrums that are coming to light in need of addressing … whereas other times, what feels most interesting, relaxing, and healthy is being able to shift conversation towards putting entirely different, more personal attention on all the effortless goodness that's already simultaneously unfolding in these tumultuous times.

Author/ex-New York editor/filmmaker/artist sanctuary founder Cristina Salat finds happily connecting with an ever-widening circle of kindred spirits nourishing. Thus this book is comprised of the sometimes tantalizing, sometimes joyful, sometimes lengthy, other times brief topical tidbits which have recently come up in her own animated dialogs for readers to take a peek at ... or perhaps tangibly join in?
